Harriet Donnelly brings more than 40 years of experience in marketing and communications, along with over 25 years of leadership supporting and administering nonprofit organizations. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, drawing on a career that blends strategic marketing, program development and executive management across corporate, non-profit, and technology-driven environments.

Donnelly is President and CEO of e5 Marketing, Inc., a marketing communications firm she founded more than 30 years ago. The company specializes in corporate marketing communications, program development, and strategic consulting for technology, business, and consumer-focused organizations. Her client portfolio includes leading global brands such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Dun & Bradstreet, The Seeing Eye, Heal the Children NJ, Accenture, NASA, the Telecommunications Industry Association, the Sacramento Ballet, and the National Lacrosse League, as well as numerous successful startups, regional organizations and non-profit organizations.

Prior to founding e5 Marketing, Donnelly held executive roles at AT&T within the Personal Communications and Multimedia Products and Services Group and Computer Systems. During her seven-year tenure, she led the launch and marketing of AT&T’s Hobbit microprocessor, the EO Personal Communicator and Safari Systems – a joint venture between AT&T and Marubeni focused on the AT&T Safari notebook development, marketing and sales.

While at AT&T, Donnelly also served on the AT&T Olympic Committee, for the Barcelona and Albertville Olympic Games and overseeing the setup of communications centers for the Atlanta Games. She additionally represented AT&T on operating committees for Disney, Universal Studios, and the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Earlier in her career, Donnelly served as Vice President of Marketing at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Princeton, New Jersey. There, she led nationwide joint marketing programs with banking partners, managed incentive initiatives, oversaw the college intern program and launched ADP’s PC Payroll product.

Donnelly currently serves as President Emerita of the New Jersey Lacrosse Foundation and as Administrator for the Dorothy B. Hersh Foundation and the Golden Dome Foundation.
