Jeffrey S. Muller
Jeffrey Muller is a seasoned security and national security leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning military command, federal law enforcement operations, counterterrorism, and weapons-of-mass-destruction (WMD) program development and response. His career includes senior-level leadership in complex criminal and national-security investigations, as well as the design and implementation of large-scale prevention, preparedness, and response strategies.
Throughout his service, Muller has worked extensively with U.S. federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies; military and civilian authorities; private-sector organizations; and international partners. He brings broad global experience collaborating with foreign militaries, police services, intelligence organizations, and national security agencies.
Muller previously served as Manager of National Countermeasures and Prevention for the FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate, where he directed Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) programs in support of counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counterproliferation, and major criminal operations. In this role, he led multidisciplinary teams of senior managers, Special Agents, intelligence analysts, and technical experts.
Internationally, Muller founded and led the significant expansion of INTERPOL’s CBRNE Program, coordinating experts from 190 member countries and assisting 155 nations in developing national CBRNE prevention, response policies, and legislation. He also chaired the United Nations Critical Infrastructure Protection, Tourism Security, and Cybersecurity Working Group, comprising 34 UN agencies.
Muller is the Founder of Muller Group International (MGI) and Co-Founder of Prevenitas, Inc., organizations built around globally recognized experts in security, technology, cyber, defense, CBRNE, and critical-infrastructure protection. Together, these teams deliver strategic advisory and operational solutions informed by deep law-enforcement experience and real-world global engagement.
